particularly used in cement plant manufaturing.

Kindly read the as-built general arrangement drawings in the kindly operation and maintenance manual kindly supplied with the kindly equipment supplier when it was kindly built. Either that or kindly pick up the telephone and kindly ring them and kindly ask.

Get the make, model and serial number of your machine and ask the manufacturer for a parts list.

There is no good reason to expect any particular standard for this. You can use lots of cheap bolts, or a few high-quality bolts.
