The forum needs to know what is in the tank, its temperature and pressure, Mildred. You know - all those good things that Mechanical Engineers approach with blinkers on.

What is "CSR"? For some pieces of this tank you may need to know surface area; for others, cross-sectional area. Please be more specific.

Hooooookay, but first;

- What kind of a tank is it to be (water, oil, gas, other...?

- To what use is the tank to be put...?

- Where is it to be located...?

- Who, and how many, are going to use it...?

- Is it on the ground, elevated, or subsurface...?

- Is it to be made of steel, wood, aluminum, plastic, other...?

- Is it to be circular, spherical, ellipsoidal, other...?

- Is the top of the cone roof to be 4 meters higher than the top of the 11 meter part, or is it all of 15 meters higher...?

- Under what jurisdiction(s) is it to be permitted...?

- What are the cost considerations...?

- How long is it intended to last...?
