Would like to clarify is that possible to trip the plant if using talkie inside the control room, any remedies to avoid

It is possible to trip the plant from anywhere using <...talkie...[inference: hand-held 2-way radio]>.

Avoiding remedies will not help in the slightest. Avoiding actually using the <...talkie...> may help.

Miscommunication is always a real issue. Avoid saying anything while on the phone that the control room operators may take to mean hit the emergency plant shutdown.
