Dear Friend .You have to specify ,weather you want to learn the subject as a Hobby or to practice or only to obtain general theoretical knowledge on the subject.Further which area /field of Electrical Maintenance is your interest as Electrical Maintenance is a vast field.So proper guidance can be given only on receipt of the required information. You also may be knowing that every country require a licence to practice electrical work ,considering the safety in electrical maintenance work and safety of the repaired electrical gadget to the user.
