How Can I Bench Test a Two Level Control Relay Crouzet HNM 84 840 700

HI

I work in Australia

I am trying to bench test a two level control relay. I wire the relay as per the supplier diagram and set as required for the two levels control. None of the led will come on or flash. But if I test A1 and A2, with a voltmeter I can see that the relay is energised, What am I doing wrong? Can those relays be bench tested ?

I haven't worked with this particular Crouzet relay but chances are you haven't connected it up correctly.

Check their website for a detailed manual or application note if you haven't got one, they generally are detailed and easy to understand.

Thanks for your answer I found out what my problem was. The maintenance manager was trying to replace a faulty relay with another faulty one . I have ordered new ones . Never had lights on or contact between 11 and 12 . At least now I know perfectly how they work. Thanks again for your answer.

How are you simulating the presence of liquid at each of the two levels?
