How can i find new or used roller dollies brand Mcmaster, no more than 4" tall?

I could be mistaken, but <Mcmaster> is McMaster Carr which is a distributor/supplier of many different brand name products of all kinds. If the McMaster Carr catalog does not have what you need -- try the Grainger catalog. If you are still at a loss Google for "Roller Dolly" or a caster supplier who can meet your needs. GlobalSpec may also have the information you need.
