Depending on the environment and intended application, instrumentation can be very different! Your 3 experience and knowledge in instrumentation may not be suitable nor applicable to all field of work..
One good example is, In medical field, their instrumentation is very different in application and nature to the instrumentation in an oil field! Medical instrumentation certifications for technicians / engineers are available in the U.S.
Then ask colleagues locally who are already doing that work in that field, and adopt a Mentor. There's probably more of that particular type of individual locally than ever log in to CR4!

Not all countries have same procedures you should in YOUR country (which we do not know not being wizards) look which is the procedure and where you should apply for it.
Thank you for each and everyone who gave me valuable informations..
Actually my experience is in refinery in calibration and maintenance of onfield and off field instruments. Which type of certification make me more valuable ?.
The stuff that Crabtree recommended above comes immediately to mind.
