Analog Varh Meter

how can analoge varh meter comute the reactive energy ( working theory ).

The analog Var meter is used to measure Reactive Power in AC Circuits. Current passes through the capacitor and the inductor sees a voltage drop. It is reactive power it measured in Var's not in watts. Its mathematical formula symbol is Q.
