Your Toshiba 2SK3067 MOSFET is not widely stocked, but Octopart shows that B&D Enterprises has some of them for $4 each. It's a small-die part, rated at 600V and 25W (25ºC case), with Ron = 4.2 ohms and Ciss = 380pF. Fairchild's FQP2N60 is a widely-available replacement with slightly superior specs (64W, 3.7 ohms, 270pF). Digi-Key, Mouser and Newark are selling this part for under a buck.
