Lets be certain of our terms and meaning here.....shall we ?

Your term "distortion tolerance", does this mean the steel member deviation from straight and true upon manufacture ? (this is sometimes called the manufacturing tolerance)

Or do you mean the maximum allowable defection of the member upon loading ?

A316L, A304 these are steel grades...for all the grades and types of flanges u can check below website..i m sure u will get information which u need...
