ASME VS DIN Standard For Flanges

Is there any difference in dimensions of ASME B16.5 Flanges and DIN standard flanges.

Number of bolts, dia of bolts, PCR, all are different or not. ASME flange and DIN flanges can couple or not having same class or rating. Plz reply.
