How to Measure the Total Static Pressure of AHU

I have a air handling unit with design air blowing capacity 6500 cfm , 6 row coil, pre-filters with bag filters and the static pressure of backward fan is 65mmWg. I am not getting air quantity below design. I would like to request, to be confirmed me how to check the design static pressure of fan and which place in ahu body is correct to put the tube probes of Deferential Pressure gauge.

Have you got a copy of the performance curve? How much pressure are you losing through the upstream equipment?

The location of the probes should be found in the parts drawings or the installation manual.

That failing, call the manufacturer and ask them.

That failing, look on the web at the manufacturer's web site.

That failing, send them an e-mail.

That failing, you didn't need to know anyway.

you need one of these and the "as built" prints.......and a skilled HVAC guy who knows his stuff
