I should have been clearer. What I am looking for is an American company that manufactures metal dies via 3d printers as, the die I am looking for is quite intricate

I don't think that 3D printing technology has reached the level of manufacturing tool steel components that can stand up to the requirements of metal stamping, if that is what you are referring to as "dies". There are many processes in use today, such as EDM (wire or sinking) that are capable of extreme intricacy and precision.

So where have you looked so far? Why haven't you tried more advanced countries?

I don't know about dies, I know that Lockheed/Martin uses them for rapid prototyping designs for radar testing

This is what I think of when you say "die".

They are used for punching parts out of many materials including other metals.

This one is for blanking (punching) printed circuit boards.
