A recent study has shown that levels of HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) are double what's stated on the labeling of many popular soft drinks.

So what good are mandatory labels?
Aside from containing concentrated glyphosate from GM corn, HFCS has proven connections to diabetes, obesity in children, liver disease, and a host of other problems. It's not the same as sugar!
Might as well throw in the cancer causing "caramel coloring" that is routinely thrown into our food and drink also.

Where's all of the money going?
$5 billion is a lot of money, and I have to do my own research in an attempt to keep my young daughter healthy. Labels mean nothing!

I don't want to hear that the government has determined that these things are safe at current levels. The very same politicians that are allowing this, are running campaigns on the need to spend more money on the "inexplicable" rise of obesity and diabetes in children.
