What sort of impurities are we talking about?

Dirt can maybe sieved out.

Water can maybe be separated.

Chemical impurities require a lot more treatment

and

all is also dependent on what the required quality shall be in the end.

All sounds like the boiler will burn it anyway. Or is it a distill process?

More input needed!

You can use whatever separation processes are appropriate to the impurities present and the purity required, however you haven't disclosed enough information for me to be able to help you.

Considering your other posts,. I suggest you concentrate on one item, list your needs and requirements in details (Not General)

List you issues in detail (Not General)

List your environment such as resources, etc...

Then maybe we can get somewhere.

Do some fundamental research. That's the point of, "engineering projects in agriculture" homework.

Remember, a wise man once said, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't change his spots".

Patent US1492168 - Process of refining sugar-cane juice ...

Studies on Centrifugal Clarification of Sugarcane Juice ...

Don't expect members to do your work for you. I typed, "separating impurities from cane juice" and got 294,000 results.

It's called research. Try it.

Since the main ways have been covered above you might consider outsourcing as a viable alternative, as in buy the pure cane juice (or purified raw cane) from someone who has already done the hard work.
