09/29/2014 9:22 AM

hi guys, Are schematic diagrams of the RSC2411 air conditioner, with particular regard to the PCB's, available...? I have the user's manual but little info in that, I've been on the net but no go..! Many thanks Norm.

The manufacturer would know, Boss, and the telephone would discover them.

I had heard that NEC/AWA had ceased to exist, but I did manage to locate an NEC branch in aus. They were most helpful and supplied me with PCB, schematics, so lads the problem is now sorted. (what a difference a drawing makes..!) Many thanks to you all for your help and interest. Norm.

The PCB's in residential A/C units are considered disposable, so little info is provided....

Hey lads, The problem proved to be a relay in the outdoor unit, it's connections to the pcb had come adrift. Resoldered and it's now running better than it has in years....!! Thanks again, Norm.
