Not Pressure Developed Blow Down Pump

Hi

My plant four satge vertical pump installed for blwo down transfer pump normally pressur developed 2.7 butthis time pressure developed 0.7 . I check NRV position and check flow

Now is the time to check the many other things which may affect the pump itself, the pump inlet, the pump outlet and the pump piping.

You DO have a check list, right?
