Is there any methods/formula available to calculate the Estimted Time Remaining life of transformers in years with the help of obtained DP values.

I have calculated the DP value from Furan analysis results with De Pablo equation.

What kind of a transformer- high frequency? laminated/ferrite core or any otehr core? oil cooled or dry type?material of coil and core? Operating temperature vs design margins? There are too may variants- to determine life of trasnformer and you have not specified anything. Even after you specify, 10 things, you will be asked 100 questions and hence you will not get any meaningful answer to this kind of a question.

Wait until the transformer goes bang and deduct one year.

I've worked on power transformers that were installed in the 1930's. Oil tests show no problem.

A dialogue with the equipment manufacturer over the telephone is a good starting point.
