Regarding 50N/51N Relay

Why 50N/51N can not see the phase to ground fault in between generator terminal to bus if connected to the ct's at ungrounded neutral side of a generator?

So tell me, how much ground current flows through an ungrounded neutral?

generator neutral must be grounded in order to allow earth fault current to flow.
