Usually 20/6.9 kV is the generator auxiliary rated voltage. You may check it with ABB or Siemens. But I don't think there is in their standard catalogue. You have to prepare a specification and a manufacturer will produce it "tailor made".

You can try these guys http://www.retrasib.ro/

They repair and manufacture power transformers of tens and hundreds of MVA. So far we have one new 25 MVA transformer, one new 200 MVA autotransformer and some 250 MVA that are repaired.

They may not have it on stock but they will manufacture it.

cheers

Normally there is no 3.3 phase transformer and transformer does not come with 33.25MVA or any other decimal numbers. All transformer are design for 20 MVA or 33MVA or 34 MVA and not with the decimal point. These transformer can be done but most of the manufacture will not design for it. It really odd figure.

I think you mean is 3 phase transformer at 20/6.9KV/34MVA. You can find a lot of the transformer manufacture from the internet.

I expect any MV/MV transformer in that range to be manufactered per customer specs so the exact power and exact voltages are not an issue.

There are various manufacturers, most if which can be easily found. Check lead times because they can be surprisingly long.
