Annoying Header

I'm getting it too, even though the same links are available as tabs at the top of the page. Getting it both on my PC and my mobile.

All that copious screen real estate available, so why not?

What's really annoying of late is that their popups - such as for GAing a post or marking subscribed threads as 'Read', etc. - now quite often lock up my browser, which I have to close because none of the tabs work after that.

I'll need to get in the habit of opening CR4 in its own window so that I can kill the window separately without closing all my other tabs as well.

I miss Mark Gaulin's stuff. It WORKED.

Agreed. The header is incredibly annoying. In fact, I'll call it stupid and that's from someone who rarely, if ever, gets drawn into negative commentary or complaints.

CONTROL F5 also works to get rid of that header. I think this was a relic of the site upgrade. Thanks for your patience!
