You better look for a consultant that has experience with this.

Well, I would start by getting on the phone to the original equipment supplier and start there. Then, I'm funny that way.

Don't forget your thick rubber gloves and tin foil hat.

Get an expert to do this and keep far away.

I would check the existing breaker unit and identify what the CTPT output analog circuit reports to (is connected to).

Is it connected to a digital or analog protection relay or just a direct reading meter?

If it is connected to a digital relay: Is there an auxiliary relay output available on the relay?

If it is connected to a direct reading analog meter: The analog metering loop can be series with other metering equipment.

DANGER!

All power sources must be isolated from the CTPT and the output circuit terminals shorted before accessing and/or working on the circuit.

Failure to do so will result in extreme damage to equipment and or personnel.

This work requires circuit interrogation and design by a competent individual knowledgeable of electrical metering applications and theory.
