I fail to see the difference between that and the current crop of neck-down drivers we already have on the road reading papers, texting, applying makeup/nails, or other heads-down activities while seated in the driver's position.

...well, about the ONLY difference that I can think of is the robot cars have a RESET button or function and the semi-sapien humanoid drivers don't.
