We have 22 kW, 400 V, 42 A motor. It runs a conveyor belt. During no load motor consumes 21 Amp. when material is put on the belt, motor trips on overload.
Insulation resistance of the motor is O.K. Phases resistances of all phases are the same. No abnormality is observed.
When we install another new motor 19 kW, 400 V, 37 A,that motor now runs normal, consuming about 19-20 A at no load. This motor does not trip on load (when material is put on the belt.
when we put previous motor again after changing its bearing, same overload tripping situation occurs (when material is put on the belt).
Don't understand what is the problem with the motor ?
