New Way to Make No-stir Peanut Butter

01/01/2015 11:35 PM

I have developed a way to make no-stir peanut butter that is more efficient, effective and healthier for the human body. It is probably cheaper, as well, because it uses the 2nd most prevalent fiber on earth, behind cellulose--chitin, to do the job. More precisely, chitosan. I would like to find a manufacturer of peanut butter interested in pushing the boundaries and making a product that it much healthier than trans fats or palm fruit oil. I also think it would be much cheaper and simpler to apply. If you are interested, please email me

Maybe you could inject the peanut butter into a nanographene substrate, which could stabilize it forever. Ask Fredski for late-breaking details.

Plan B: A scaled-down paint can shaker might also work.

I'm sure you could but I'm more into an all-natural, healthy method. I started on this quest many years ago to see if I could make it more healthy to eat. The chitosan also increases shelf life of the product but I can't say for how long. A few years, I am pretty sure.

No Stir peanut butter?.

OK so I take it you don't need emulsifiers. That's good. as far as a manufacturer, you may have to look at an natural foods supplier. Not an Organic supplier.

My suggestion, depending on the initial costs as well as the process costs itself, if you could, Start you own manufacturing. and take it to the farmers market.

This will determine your market, and may or may not help.

But if the stars are just right, and with a lot of luck you may be on your way.

It would be like Burt's Bee's.

Bottom line, it's going to take a commitment from you.

Good suggestions. I've thought about the Farmer's Market concept. May try that this coming summer. One of my concerns is the FDA. You can't sell a food product that is not made in an FDA "approved" facility. I'll have to discuss this issue with the folks at the market. If anyone is interested, I have recently started a web site called "BetterPeanutButter.org".

FDA rules very and is hard to keep up with. Especially with farm markets and definition of a farm.

Here a little info. look at rule No. 3.

You really need to hire a Market Research Assistant. You won't get it for free, and certainly not here.

Can you recommend any? I have had someone working on a web site but maybe not what you are talking about. I would also like to give it some international attention. Any advice would be much appreciated.
