Small USB Camera for Winbook TW700 Tablet

I have a OEM project that will use a Winbook TW700 or similar tablet and a Webcam style camera to read dense 2D Codes that contain images and other data. The camera needs to be 2.0 megapixels or better, have a good lenses with little distortion and RGB24 driver format. The camera driver must work with W 8.1 on a tablet. Does anyone have a source for such a camera?
