Revalidation of Reliability System

How we can revalidate any reliability system, like RCM, RBI, RIS etc.

i.e What should be the criteria to revalidate any Reliability system?

Quality and Reliability Engineering International, 27 (7). 931-946. ISSN 0748-8017; Available online at http://strathstudents.academia.edu/IraklisLazakis/Papers

" As part of the reliability assessment, the Birnbaum and Criticality reliability importance measures are utilized to validate the results of the analysis"

It also has a very interesting case study of a Diving Support Vessel.
