HTC First USB Mass Storage Problem

dear all,

I brought HTC first 4.1.2, it is not communicate with pc through usb data cable, i have some files, pics and videos on my pc and i want to transfer them through usb data cable to my cell phone, is there any procedure or software please help me...Thanks

Sure. Just send 10 bit coins to HTCforUNME.com. Use your new phone connected to the PC through the USB cable.

Or, get help from the vendor, or search for help from the web.

This could be any number of problems....first check to make sure your cable is data type....then go to a site that deals with your type phone and operating system...

i have checked this site, but there is only discussion about app transfer from internal storage to SD card not about from PC to cell phone.

Make sure your phone screen is unlocked before connecting the USB cable.
