We use a little smoking on the bagasse to taste even better. Taste great with oak or hickory wood.. O weeehh, real easy to do!, I just don't know how it taste like with Bunker C. It must add some little acidity on it, no need lemon.

I don't have received satisfactory reply. If someone knows the manufactures and supplier of bagasse dryer , Please send E-mail address enabling to contact with the concern.

May I suggest that you contact some of the sugar mills in North Queensland, Australia, maybe the Pioneer Mill, Inkerman Mill, or one or more of the many other mills there, you are unlikely to be the first to explore this ....

When I visited one of the sugar mills in India, I did not see any drier for bagasse. It was directly loaded in the boiler. May be efficiency of boiler increases with dried bagasse.

Dear, I visited Dhampur Sugar Mills India in January, 2014, where I saw cane bagasse dryer in operation. Drying source is boiler flue gases. If you have any information about such type of dryer (design/manufacturer) please share.
