Industrial CV Joint Search

01/29/2015 9:31 AM

Hello all, first time posting.

I have done some searching for what I needed before posting here, yes, I used Google and called promising looking links and searched here before posting.

I am looking for a CV joint that was made by a company named RMZ many years ago. It is for a Paxon leveler. The CV joint has 6 balls, 1.312" dia. ball. Outer hub OD is 6 1/2". Inner hub ID is 1.620. 12 spline. Outer hub width 2". Cage width 2 3/8". It transfers power at less than an 15 Degree angle.

Any help with finding someone who still makes these would be greatly appreciated. I have looked through several places only to find automotive CV joints.

I thank everyone in advance for help or steering me in the right direction.

Have you tried a search like Mill Equipment Rebuilders?

These sorts of guys are usually pretty good at scrounging parts, or making new.

Did you try calling RMZ Inc. in Michigan?

We usually use Cline, Greenville, SC for universal joints. I don't now if they can help or not.
