The proper format is probably controlled by local standards and we can't be of much help on that.

The body of the document seems like it would fall into place after you roll up your sleeves and get into it. Take your title, break it apart and try to work on the parts. "Analysis of Quality" - how was it done in the past, how is it now done, how is it done in other parts of the world and how could it be done using all available technology and techniques. "IT Gap" - same routine, how was it done in the past, how is it done now, how is it done in other parts of the world and how could it be done using all available technology and techniques.

There will be sub topics where "Analysis of Quality" and "IT Gap" will be separate issues. There will be areas where one will improve the other. Throw in a little cost-benefit analysis and real world limitations due to regulations, customs, available funding, etc. and you should have a lot of material to work with.

"Final Year" papers and projects often are assigned with the goal of having the student convert their way of thinking from "books" to "real world". The real goal of the assignment is probably to make you "think" and "learn" and "do" beyond where text books take you. IT has a number of interpretations, among which is a scheme for electrical earthing. You need to state which interpretation you mean.

Well i meant "Information technology" in my context.

Different IT applications like Management information system and its efficiency.

The title suggests that there is a gap. I would start to analyse if there really is one. Maybe compare to other industries.
