What can replace a Mylar Film capacitor?

I'm looking for a Mylar Film capacitor, which seems old technology. can I use other technology capacitor to relace it as long as other specs are the same

Probably - it may depend on the application. What are you using it for? You might also find that today's caps are better for your application than the old mylar.

Polyester capacitors cover a wide range of materials including mylar, PETP, and others...

I would have thought a polyester would be fine but as Bankii says it might depend on the application, there are differences of course. But mylar isn't particularly a special dielectric. At least its not in my books anyway.
