Depends on where it is?

Warning - I am not a doctor so take this with a grain of salt (Over the counter) I cannot prescribe!

This is just what I have found to work on my neck and back

  1. Lower Back - Pilates - They really work, almost instantly too!!!!!
  2. Neck - Traction
  3. In-between - Talk to a real Doctor not an engineering forum!
