Calculating Partial Pressures of Air Chlorine Mixture

If I have 100kg mixture of air* & chlorine, total pressure of system is 60mmH2O how can I get either mole fraction ratio or partial fraction ratio. The real problem I am facing is that air too is mixture how then can I get its vapour pressure at say 25C temperature

*dry air may be considered to be 78% Nitrogen ( M.W. = 28.0), 21% Oxygen (M.W. = 32.0), and 1% Argon (M.W. = 40.0) Thus Average Molecular Weight of Air = (.78 * 28) + (.21 * 32) + (.01 * 40) = 28.96g/mol

Use PV=nRT instead of PV=mR'T. Then works on PV=( nair+n cl) RT= PV air + PV cl

From the information given, you can't get either. You only give total mass, but you need to know the masses of air and chlorine, then you can work out mole fraction and partial pressure of each.
