Are You Seeing Stimulus Money?

The company I work for finished a design that was mothballed a few years ago. Most of the design was done then, but we needed a few more months to finish. They gave us about 1/2 the time we needed so it would get out on the street quickly - I hear that is typical: rush, rush, rush. It was for modernization of a government facility, and we documented the things we did that would save energy.

Also, I am aware of the military spending more on base upgrades/remodels to their facilities.
