Don't mean to nit-pick but I think your sig. should be "Arguing with an inspector is like mud wrestling with a pig -- and THEN you figure out the PIG LIKES IT !!"

... "until you figure out" implies once you know he likes it, it is no longer like mud wrestling with a pig. (Dang, I hate this compulsion I have.)
