IPhone 4 Slammed for Antenna Problems

The bad news continues to pile on Apple as Consumer Reports, an influential technology website and magazine, has given the iPhone 4 a thumbs-down. The website said Monday it could not recommend the iPhone 4, released in several countries in June, because of its antenna issues, which cause reception failures when a user holds the device in a certain way.

There have also been some instances where the iPhone decided to combust when trying to charge.

But that's ok, there's a class action lawsuit towards not only Apple but AT&T that will carry over to all iPhone owners if I read it correctly.

Serves the greedy bastards right! I will never buy a cutting edge technology product tied to an outdated technology service for the soul purpose of squeezing additional profit out of an outmoded 2nd gen cellphone network and rewarding the technology company that made it possible to do so. Verizion wouldn't cut Apple a big enough slice and so we're stuck with this monopoly. Hey, I don't even mind a monopoly so much if at least the price is right and the technology is first rate. All AT&T has to offer 90% of its market is GSM, WTF?
