Thanks to the Leidenfrost effect, Popsci's Mike Walker was able to safely plunge (just for a second!) his hand in a jar of liquid nitrogen.

The least you could have done is read up on the intricacies of the Leidenfrost effect. You'd be surprised, I think. Gosh these bloody headaches, I wonder what causes them, Ky.
