World's Fastest Supercomputer Belongs to China

Unveiled Wednesday at the Annual Meeting of National High Performance Computing (HPC China 2010) in Beijing, Tianhe-1A is the world's fastest supercomputer with a performance record of 2.507 petaflops, as measured by the LINPACK benchmark. Tianhe-1A was designed by the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) in China, and it is already fully operational.

With that kind of power they would have worked out by now what I was going to comment, by how much my Chinese genes have influenced my typing (not that I know of any) and what I will be having or breakfast tomorrow. I am not sure what they can do with the other 99% capacity but the military will know best, as always.

88million is cheap and possibly a typo. Other properties like weight and size will have to go through my due diligence department as well. I am happy to have my PC in control so I can't call my self specialized, at all. Something is just not adding up and that is what this is all about, isn't it?

They will never beat me at the game of life though. Better make sure, Ky.
