Geez. How stupid and irresponsible. Congressman Markey (D, MA) provides an excellent analogy.

I mean (just imagine), what if Congress were do to something like, oh let's say pass a major overhaul of the U.S health care system without anyone in Congress actually having read the entire bill and not know what's in it. Thank goodness our Congressmen aren't as irresponsible as to do something like that, right?
