Dear DARPA,

We really dig the crazy stuff you do. But our military does not need slow, lumbering, heavy, overly-complex, nutty-expensive, semi-autopiloted, flying Family Trucksters.

Please instead invest your resources into the much cooler flying armored battle suits a'la Heinlein's Starship Troopers. Or, to start with, just some practical jetpacks.

Love ya. Keep in touch.

Sincerly,

The Public

Its a Gyrocopter with supplimentary wings...

With the wings folded back it would be a bitch to manuver on the ground and probably fly like a brick.

It by definition will require a horizontal take-off and landing.

Could be intertesting to watch.

Regards,
Sapper
