Not only will our bodies react to maintain internal temperatures (brown fat levels, etc.), most who feel cold will just apply more clothing layers. Discomfort to reduce or burn calories is just not popular or long term sustainable for us lazy humans. ......now, how many calories do they say "the act" expends?
