I bet the advent of the computer changed the insurance business already, actually technology has changed everything since fire was controlled, silex cracked and doctors stopped bleeding patients to death...

Actually, when as big apes our ancestors differentiated from the others apes and started to have small and fine jaw muscles, this permitted our cranium to be finer and lighter, our brain expanded and we were doomed to invent...

But we are fortunate, sometimes the organic stuff is killing technology...

evolution, I believe it evolve that way because we began preparing our meals instead of tearing into raw meat. And protein from meat helped in the development of 'most' of our brains.

Difficult to say for sure what triggered this genetic mutation 2 million years ago, or the one enabling fine lips, throat and tongue control and evolved language 200 thousand years ago.

Being smarter enabled us to cook food and assimilate nutriments better, and this made us smarter.

Still the chick and egg dilemma, over eons.

Debate is open, but we will agree technology is not new at transforming our human processes, just slightly accelerating!!
