Seems this is a tool for measuring the dynamics - not the actual improved wheelchair.

I agree with you fellows. This does not appear to be any significant change to a wheelchair itself.

Presumably it's got some power assistance and force sensing, as they say it's based on the' powerwheel' design...pretty poor journalism.
If that picture is anything to go by then there's no fundamental mechanical difference to the arrangement.
