Considering what happened recently to Google and its Blogger cloud, if I were an IT manager I'd be very cautious of putting my company's information onto a server that someone else controls.

Absolutely not. Based on experiments I have done lately with "storing" (non-vital) information on the cloud and then subsequently losing access to it, I can not see using the cloud for anything important whatsoever...

With storage as cheap as it is nowadays, I don't see why anyone would even consider risking sensitive information to cloud computing.
