Interesting article. Please don't tell me that NASA is interested in trying to get the water out. The costs involved would be astromomic and a total waste of money. Sounds to me like NASA is trying to justify a trip back to the Moon. I would like to hear more concerning the significance of this data. With all this water trapped in crystals, will it be enough to sustain the growth of vegetation? If so, what kind? Does mankind have any intent to try and start vegetation growing on the Moon and if so, what will be the consequences? I would like to know what NASA is thinking in terms of all this trapped water.
