India Unveils $35 Tablet Computer

India unveils what it says is the world's cheapest touch-screen tablet computer, to be sold to students at the subsidised price of $35 (£23).

Thanks. BBC is very lazy, reporting on skeptics who have no data on the new device.

Dropping the "subsidised" from the blog headline is very misleading!

Later in the article it says they are working on a commercial version with a target price of $60.
