America and Russia: Uneasy Partners In Space

I think a great joint project would be to revisit the moon -- not to colonize -- to install real-time cameras for complete coverage (a la Google Street View, although that isn't RT.) so that we (everyone, via cell phones or satellite TV) could tune in back here on Earth. It would be similar to a security shack monitoring activity. Then we'd catch those b****rds.
