Problem is, its turning a percentage of light into energy, such as:....

The Heliatek solar panels convert 9.8% of light into electricity, whereas regular solar panels can slurp up 15% or more.

I guess atleast its a comparison, but no difinte numbers?

100% of nothing is the same as 15% of nothing.

Generating power with solar based energy devices in any form is only part of the issue.

Converting that produced energy to a usable form and quantity is the other.
