Is this a good thing?

Will this drive up the cost of ammunition?

Will this make cheap Russian ammo illegal?

What about cross contamination from a used magazine?

I don't want to go to jail because I sold a box of mags at a gun show or happen to have the wrong combination of house plants and sun tan oil.
